Daniels Fund has been a long time partner with BRI. Headquartered in Denver, CO., The Daniels Fund is a private charitable foundation. Since partnering, BRI has been able to provide students and teachers in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming with professional development sessions and resources.

Since partnering with BRI in 2004, the Lincoln and Therese Filene Foundation has helped students and teachers in the Boston area. The Filene Foundation focuses on specific program areas, including its Civic Education Committee, which focuses on programs to encourage, engage, and inform citizens, including programs that educate others.

BRI was awarded as a semifinalist in the 2023 Yass Prize. The Yass Foundation for Education advances the four core STOP principles: Sustainable, Transformational, Outstanding, and Permissionless education. Each year, the Foundation rewards dozens of organizations, building a growing network of innovative providers. The Yass Prize is considered the “Pulitzer of Education Innovation.

The Texas Bar Foundation supports the Bill of Rights Institute’s professional development programs in Texas, where the Institute currently works with more than 6,000 civics and history teachers. Supported by members of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar Foundation is the nation's largest charitably-funded bar foundation
